There are a number of different buildings at Bend of Ivy

The Lodge - Our main facility on the property, which can sleep up to 17 guests. It is also a great space for meetings and dining.

The Studio & Roadhouse - Additional lodging for up to 8 guests. It can also be rented separately for Friend & Family Stays.

The Pavilion - An amazing, open hall, which is great for indoor group activities or a reception area. This space is available for an additional fee.

The Boathouse - Located at the pond, this quaint building is a great place to relax, work or meet.

THE LODGE
The lodge is the heart of our property. The beautifully-remodeled tobacco barn is the perfect place to host any retreat, event, or family stay. Though this place has all the amenities you need to feel comfy and cozy, it's nestled in the trees and nature to make you feel a million miles away from everything. Here are a few details about the lodge:

9 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft and lower living area day bed. (sleeps up to 17).*

4 full baths.

Commercial and traditional kitchens.

Large indoor dining room.

Large living room perfect for group meetings or relaxing.

High-speed WiFi.

Gas fireplace, sound system, TV, A/V equipment available if needed.

Central location with easy access to pond area, viewpoints, and the river.

* The upper lodge consists of 5 bedrooms and the loft. 3 of the bedrooms (not including the loft) have king beds which can be converted into 2 single beds. Please let us know before your stay.
The lower lodge consists of 4 bedrooms and the living area daybed. 1 king bed can be converted into 2 single beds. Other rooms have 1 full bed, 1 single bed, and 2 single beds.
THE STUDIO
The Studio and Roadhouse is another great lodging option. Though our Lodge can accommodate up to 17 guests, we know that sometimes you plan on having more in your group. This space is located a short distance from the lodge so that you can still be close to the main group but also have your own space. Here are a few features the Studio offers:

The Studio has 4 single beds (2 can be pushed together and a topper can be added to create an extra comfy king size bed).

The connected Roadhouse (our Studio Suite) has 5 single beds (3 built-ins and a bunk bed).

A kitchenette includes mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate
-
1 full bathroom in the Studio and 2nd full bathroom in the Studio Suite.

Private porch with sitting area.
We offer the Studio for short-term rental for couples or small families. If interested in this, please contact us for availability.
THE PAVILION
The Pavilion is an excellent open event space located near the pond area. This building can be used for several different purposes including:

The Pavilion also has Hi-Speed WiFi, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchenette, a back patio area, and a front deck that looks out over the pond. The open space measures 24 feet by 30 feet and can hold up to 50 people.
