My September newsletter talked about the uncertainty of the weather. Regarding the weather, I said "Life can be uncertain. So is forecasting the weather."
Geez... and #$@%^ That was an understatement.
As you all know, our WNC area was hit hard by Hurricane Helene. Incredible uncertainty leading up to it, during it.What is certain ... Nature is the CEO, as I heard said.People are surviving, navigating and we'll build Asheville, WNC and local areas to thriving again. It will take time.
Change is certain. In life and weather's uncertainty.
What is certain ... when you are present you can enjoy your moments, life, nature, relationships, and experiences more. I find that's true for me.

We invite you to join us for a special free or donation-based Community Healing offering to calm and restore you, your body. Come soothe your self in a facilitated Co-Regulating Care Circle, learning and practicing some tools to regulate and co-regulate your nervous system. Then enjoy a restorative hour of a Sound Bath Meditation. Restore and rejuvenate in the serene surroundings of our eco-sanctuary with the sound bath facilitated by Billy from Skinny Beats Sound Shop in Asheville.
As part of our commitment to nurturing nature, people, and community, this event offers a moment of healing in response to Helene’s impact.Held on our peaceful 37-acre retreat, this complimentary event accepts donations, with all proceeds supporting local relief efforts.
