Bend of Ivy Lodge Mountain Retreats and Conferences

    Facility Information

Bend of Ivy Lodge was conceived as a special place that brings magic to the events and gatherings that take place within. To this end, and recognizing that each group of people has their own vision for the experience they wish to have, we work flexibly with those booking the lodge for their use.

We have structured our pricing to provide overnight lodging and full use of the 63 acres, kitchen, and land for a very reasonable cost. Groups can do their own food, arrange food through us, or we can put you in touch with excellent caterers with options in a variety of cuisines and price ranges. Local organic seasonal produce is available from the farm on our land. Audiovisual and other special needs can be addressed. Discounts are available for multiple bookings, larger groups, and longer retreats.  Call or email for pricing information.

We encourage those planning an event to visit the Lodge in advance if at all possible. You will gain a better appreciation for the uniqueness and beauty of the place. We will be able to meet with you, understand your needs more fully, and work in close partnership with you to be sure that your gathering is just right.

Most of our booking are private retreats. We occasionally offer select public events, led by one of us or by a leader with whom we are in collaboration. You may obtain a schedule of upcoming events, or be added to our mailing list with an email.
