Buildings are well-maintained, beautiful and nestled amidst

zen gardens, ponds, beautiful views and friendly goats.

The Lodge - Our main facility on the property, which can sleep up to 17 guests. It is also a great space for meetings and dining.
The Studio & Roadhouse - Additional lodging for up to 8 guests. It can also be rented separately for Friend & Family Stays.
The Pavilion - An amazing, open hall, which is great for indoor group activities or a reception area. This space is available for an additional fee.
The Boathouse - Located at the pond, this quaint building is a great place to relax, work or meet.

Bend of Ivy is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains with amazing views of the surrounding area. The tallest peak east of the Mississippi, Mount Mitchell, can easily be seen from our property. In addition to the mountain views there are charming spots to sit and relax, such as the river bank and koi pond.
